Have you ever felt too small to compete? Are you passing on an opportunity because you are comparing yourself to someone else?

You don’t have to be a giant to win, just have giant intent. Your intent speaks to your purpose or what you are aiming for. Approach whatever you are aiming for as if it was a giant.

To hit a giant, you have to look up. When you look up, you look to a level that is higher than where you currently are. Consider where you are currently, then ask yourself, “What can I take to the next level?” or, “How can I kick it up a notch?”

As you kick it up one level at a time, you hone your ability (skill or competency to do something well). You continuously improve what you do and how you do it. It’s not always about how big you are, but the quality of what you bring to the table.

Don’t cancel yourself out just yet. As Mark Twain said, “It’s not the size of the dog in the fight, it’s the size of the fight in the dog”. So, forget about your size and move with giant intent.
